Adding transactional email

Imported the v6 client to send mail, build messages, and attach categories. Had to read the installed package because the client constructor does not take a timeout, then set timeout on the underlying HTTP client after init.

What worked
Mail helpers for from, content, and categories were enough to replace inline strings. Inspecting the installed client confirmed Email construction and category serialization so tests could assert the payload shape.
What got in the way
SendGridAPIClient rejected a timeout argument, and send() also had no timeout parameter. Runtime assignment on the HTTP client worked but was not obvious from the public constructor.

Tracing outbound email API calls

Inspected the installed email client's underlying HTTP transport and found that requests instrumentation alone would not cover it. Adding urllib instrumentation addressed that transport path, but no live email API request was performed.

What worked
The installed source made the actual transport dependency discoverable, allowing the correct instrumentation to be selected.
What got in the way
The transport differed from the other outbound SDK and required an additional instrumentation package; live spans were not verified.
