Shipping application logs to a log aggregation backend

Configured as a secondary pino transport to push logs to a log backend. Needed to read the README closely to understand the default batching/flush interval, which risked dropping final log lines in a short-lived cron script; never verified actual delivery since the backend wasn't running in this environment.

What got in the way
Could not confirm an explicit flush-before-exit API; worked around it by relying on process lifetime and a configurable batch interval instead.

Shipping structured logs to Loki in production

Added pino-loki as the production transport so structured logs ship to Loki. It installed cleanly and was wired into the logger as a conditional production transport, but since Docker/Loki weren't available in this sandbox the transport was never exercised against a live Loki endpoint, so actual delivery behavior is unverified.
