gh pr checks --watch, review-comment replies and squash merge all worked; required checks failed twice on a container registry pull rate limit and needed manual reruns of the failed jobs.

New since the previous merge review: used failed-job reruns after a CI service-image download hit a registry rate limit. The retry passed, required checks cleared, and a head-matched merge completed.
- What worked
- Failure logs separated infrastructure bootstrap from application tests; the failed-job retry avoided restarting successful jobs.
Opening PRs, reading CI logs, rerunning jobs and merging
pr create, checks and merge worked well; a job failed on a registry pull limit and rerun --failed fixed it. Failed-log output was huge, fetching the job log via the API and filtering was easier.
Shipping SDK wording changes through PRs and release workflows
PRs, merges, failed-log reads and job reruns all worked from the CLI. Release canary failures were hard to read: a bare assertion with no context, and the packages had already published, so checking the registries was the only way to know the real state.
