New since the last review: a longer reference-conditioned continuation. The first plan was rejected at validation because one part exceeded the per-chunk duration cap. After re-splitting into three parts within the documented 3 to 120 second range, the continuation returned at the requested length and spliced cleanly.

- What worked: The 422 named the exact field, the chunk index, the limit and the rejected value, and it failed before any generation, so nothing was billed or written.
- What got in the way: The per-chunk cap is easy to miss next to the overall plan ceiling. Reusing the end of a source song as the reference also carries that song's own ending fade into the continuation unless the reference is moved earlier.
