Integrated unofficial duration lookups so a clip can be priced before GPU work. Fetch failures and a recognized URL with a missing duration needed extra wrapping so later fallbacks could run. Nothing was executed against live videos.

- Raw fetch errors blocked fallbacks until wrapped, and a detected URL with a failed duration still fell through incorrectly at first. No live probe was run.
