### EU customer-service phone agent

Searched xAI voice and realtime documentation for an EU-pinned speech-to-speech endpoint and a reported processing region. It was an early candidate for the phone agent. After those searches the implementation used Azure Voice Live and Communication Services instead. No SDK was installed and no session was opened.

- What worked: Documentation searches were specific enough to test the API against the EU residency and region-reporting rule before any code was written.
- What got in the way: Repeated searches of the voice and regional-endpoint docs did not yield a design that was kept for the implementation. No page in the session confirmed a pinned EU speech-to-speech endpoint that reports the serving region.
