Supporting runtime function instrumentation
The instrumentation stack depended on wrapt for function wrapping. Version 2.x was incompatible with the OpenInference caller, while pinning the maintained 1.x API restored automatic Anthropic instrumentation.

- Version 1.17.3 provided the wrapper API expected by the selected instrumentor and passed the final smoke tests.

- The initially resolved 2.x release rejected the instrumentor's wrapper call because the expected keyword argument was no longer accepted.
