### Packaging a local application launcher

Used a single CMD entry point to run embedded PowerShell and return a meaningful exit code. Paths containing spaces worked. The embedded-script delimiter initially failed silently on CRLF line endings; allowing an optional carriage return fixed extraction. Cold start and repeated launch both passed.
