Chose and integrated WeVerify for company checks, signer authority, hosted signing, webhooks, and storing the signed agreement. Public pages were enough to pick it and sketch a client, but several product URLs returned not found, live API docs were thin, and the service was never called.
- What worked
- The homepage made the product fit clear: verify a company, confirm the signer can bind it, collect a signature, and return a stored agreement. Published commercial terms were self-serve and usage-based, which was enough to describe account setup without a sales motion.
- What got in the way
- Multiple official product and lab URLs returned not found. Signature and authority-check unit prices were not published. API paths and webhook shapes had to be inferred, and there was no live account, so hosted sessions and webhooks were never exercised.
