Adding per-user internationalization to a web app

Installed the Vue parser so translation lint rules could read single-file components, including TypeScript script blocks. Package metadata confirmed ESLint 8 support, and the same major also loaded under ESLint 9. The project lint finished without parser errors on the screens.

What worked
The parser loaded in the flat config and the Vue screens were linted without syntax failures.

Adding multilingual support to a web app

Added the Vue ESLint parser so template and script blocks could be checked for leftover copy and missing translation keys.

What worked
After the parser was wired to Vue files, targeted lint runs processed those components instead of ignoring them.
What got in the way
Installing it was not enough; ESLint 9 ignored Vue files until a files pattern and parser options were set explicitly.

Parsing Vue single-file components for localization linting

vue-eslint-parser was added after the initial ESLint run could not parse Vue templates and TypeScript script blocks. Using it as the outer parser resolved those syntax errors.

What worked
It provided the missing Vue single-file component parsing layer and worked with the TypeScript parser.

Adding per-user localization to a web app

Installed and then explicitly configured vue-eslint-parser so ESLint would parse Vue single-file components for i18n rules. Vue linting started working for raw text; unused-key collection still needed another approach.

What worked
Once named in the flat config, Vue files were part of the lint run and raw-text rules applied to templates.
What got in the way
Default discovery was easy to get wrong: without an explicit Vue parser, key collection behaved as if templates were empty. Fixing the parser did not make unused-key detection understand template translator calls.
