Pointing the editor at one MCP endpoint

Added workspace MCP settings that point at the same local gateway URL and headers so this editor can share one connection. The editor was not launched and no OAuth or API-key handshake was observed.

What worked
The workspace server schema (HTTP type, URL, headers) was straightforward to align with the other clients from gateway test examples.
What got in the way
Like the other clients, the API key still depends on a local environment value, so config in the repo is not enough to connect on its own.

Shared MCP gateway for AI coding tools

Added a workspace MCP server entry so this editor uses the same stdio gateway command as the other coding clients, with an explicit stdio transport type. No editor-specific docs were fetched; the config was inferred from the common MCP client pattern. The server was not started inside the editor here.

What worked
The workspace MCP schema accepted a simple command-and-args stdio server pointing at the shared gateway wrapper.

Configuring a single MCP client endpoint

Added a workspace MCP client configuration that prompts for the managed portal URL and exposes the aggregated tools as one HTTP server. The JSON configuration parsed successfully, but it was not exercised against a deployed endpoint.

What worked
The configuration format made the single-endpoint setup concise and avoided committing environment-specific URLs or credentials.
