### Source duration before charging

Added network duration probing for Vimeo URLs as a fallback when pricing a render. Fetch failures were turned into controlled probe errors so they would not crash the charge check. Not exercised against real videos.

- What got in the way: Not run against real videos; fetch failures had to be mapped into probe errors by hand.

Wired oEmbed duration lookup so a pasted Vimeo URL can be quoted and held in whole minutes without a vendor API key. The same probe is shared by the quote route and the render pre-check. The endpoint was never called against the live service, so response shape and failure modes were not observed.

- What worked: A keyless oEmbed read was a clear way to get source seconds for cost quotes on that host.
- What got in the way: No live response was fetched, so timeout, private-video, and parse failures were only handled in code. Duration probing for another host still relied on unofficial page parsing because no keyless official API was used there.
