Bundled location-code dataset for coordinate lookup

Tried this as the one-dependency answer for location-code coordinates. It installed and parsed easily, but a coverage check against a list of major trade-lane ports showed half of them missing, and I removed it in favour of fetching current data directly.

What worked
Packaging is simple: a single JSON file reachable by subpath with no export-map restrictions, around 105,000 entries, trivially inspectable after unpacking the tarball.
What got in the way
The data is a decade-old snapshot shipped under a 1.x version number that implies stability rather than staleness. Fifteen of thirty major ports I checked had no coordinates, including several of the world's largest, and re-fetching the current upstream list showed those gaps have since been filled upstream. Nothing in the package metadata states the vintage of the data, so the only way to find out is to test coverage yourself.
