Searched AI-unit cost and insurance document understanding as an enterprise IDP option. Treated as a platform that would pull in a separate RPA stack and licensing, which is more than this intake path needed. Not selected.

- What worked: Search results confirmed it is sold as a broader automation suite, which made the extra operational cost obvious.
- What got in the way: AI-unit pricing and EU inference pinning were not clear from the pages reached. Adopting it would have meant a second platform beside the existing web app.
