Authorizing and placing in-app voice calls

Installed the Twilio Node.js library and coded access tokens, webhook signature checks, and dial TwiML from its declarations. Local tests that assert dialed client identities passed. Signature validation and live call control were not run against Twilio because no credentials were configured.

What worked
Access token and voice-response declarations covered dial, client identity, and custom parameters. After those files were found, server-side call setup could be written, and the local identity assertions passed.
What got in the way
The package is a CommonJS export assignment, so importing it from ESM needed extra care. Dial and token options are split across several declaration files and took repeated reads to assemble. Network calls to Twilio were never made.
