External synthetic monitoring and paging

Wired interruptive SMS paging when the alert destination is a phone number, reusing the project's existing credential names and E.164 numbers as Actions secrets rather than adding a new on-call vendor.

What worked
The SMS path mapped cleanly onto credentials the app already used, so paging a phone was a configuration choice on top of the same monitor script.
What got in the way
The live verification that fired a page used the HTTP topic path, so Twilio send behavior, auth, and error handling were not observed in this task.

Delivering messages from a worker

Reused the existing messaging helper so the worker sends a prebuilt body after the HTTP handler only enqueues. Split a confirmation helper out so generation does not call transport during the request. No live send was performed.

What worked
A body-plus-destination helper was enough to move delivery onto the worker without changing the provider.
What got in the way
A circular import appeared when confirmation text and transport shared modules; that was application structure, not an API gap.

Offloading receipt delivery to a durable worker

Moved existing message sending out of the HTTP handler into the worker so delivery retries and failure handling sat with the job. The live messaging API was not called in this session.

What worked
The current send helper dropped into the worker without a new integration, which kept the queue work focused on durability and retries.
