tsdown 0.23.1 built a library's ESM and CommonJS outputs in tens of milliseconds and inlined helpers from a private workspace package through its alwaysBundle setting, so the published files kept no import of the private package.
- What worked
- Fast builds and simple per-package control over which dependencies are bundled.
- What got in the way
- Each build printed a Node.js deprecation warning about passing arguments to a child process with a shell.
