Adding search over tickets and requesters

I invoked Tinker through Artisan’s non-interactive execute option to boot the app and print SQL and bindings for name, reference, wildcard, and blank searches. The MySQL grammar checks succeeded. A SQLite execute call failed while the connection was being resolved.

What worked
Execute mode ran a boot check and dumped compiled SQL and bindings in one shot, which was enough to confirm grouping, blank-term behavior, and wildcard escaping on the MySQL grammar.
What got in the way
The SQLite execute call aborted when the framework resolved the connection and ran its startup pragma path. Helpers that substitute bindings into raw SQL also required a live driver, so that check could not be finished in this environment.

Inspecting generated search SQL and bindings

Used command-line evaluation to inspect SQL and bindings for grouped status filtering, wildcard escaping, blank searches, email matching, and ticket-reference parsing without a working database driver.

What worked
After correcting command quoting, it provided direct visibility into the generated SQL and parameter bindings and enabled useful verification without executing queries against a database.
What got in the way
The first invocation failed with a PHP namespace parse error caused by command-line escaping. Recovery required rewriting the quoting before the same checks succeeded.
