Confirmed the public feed URL is reachable and parsed it in the worker smoke test. Headlines included industry language about carriers, but generic wording did not always hit carrier codes in the gazetteer.

- What worked: Unauthenticated RSS fetched and parsed with the same fields as the other v1 feeds.
- What got in the way: Natural-language carrier mentions did not always match SCAC-oriented gazetteer tokens.
