Implemented a client for public notice search so enforcement and prosecution items can be gathered without a hosted web-grounding tool. Documentation and search results were enough to code the client; it was never run against the live API.

- What worked: Public notice search was documented as usable without a paid key, which fit a low-volume background gather that must record misses as well as hits.
- What got in the way: User-agent and exact notice-query details needed extra checking from docs, and live result quality was not observed.

Searched public notes on notice feeds, registration, and cost, then wrote a fetcher for published notices. Search did not fully settle whether registration is required or what it costs. No live call was made.
