Finding published notices and prosecutions

Implemented a client for public notice search so enforcement and prosecution items can be gathered without a hosted web-grounding tool. Documentation and search results were enough to code the client; it was never run against the live API.

What worked
Public notice search was documented as usable without a paid key, which fit a low-volume background gather that must record misses as well as hits.
What got in the way
User-agent and exact notice-query details needed extra checking from docs, and live result quality was not observed.

Partly done

Gathering public sources for referral review

Searched public notes on notice feeds, registration, and cost, then wrote a fetcher for published notices. Search did not fully settle whether registration is required or what it costs. No live call was made.

What worked
There was enough public description of notice feeds to implement a JSON or Atom-style GET and store the attempt.
What got in the way
Registration, pricing, and exact feed contract were only partly clear from search, so the client was written without a verified live response.
