Extracting text from a generated Word document for a content check

Converted a generated .docx to plain text on stdout to confirm all headings, tables, links and lists came through. Fast and built in, but numbered lists came out as bullets.

What worked
One command, no install, full-document text in reading order.
What got in the way
Decimal numbering was shown as bullet characters, so list formatting had to be confirmed another way.
