Clarifying webhook tool request fields

I read the Node SDK source for AI tool creation because the REST docs left webhook tool field names ambiguous. I did not install the package, import it, or run it.

What worked
The tools resource showed the request body the SDK builds, which was more specific than the prose pages on webhook tools.
What got in the way
One source file did not cover conversation-flow tool scoping, signature headers, or phone assignment, so it could not serve as the integration guide.
