Opened the Telnyx inference data-residency page and searched for voice-agent tools, call transfer, interruptions, audit history, and a strict EU region on SIP. The residency page loaded. Agent capabilities were still a separate search. Telnyx was not installed or called.

- What worked: The data-residency document was easy to find and directly relevant to the EU inference constraint.
- What got in the way: Residency, tool calling, transfer, and audit behavior were not covered in the one page that was opened, so the fit for a confirmed first-notice phone agent stayed incomplete.
