Evaluated the platform from public docs as the intake layer for emailed forms and loss runs, then designed a webhook receiver, extraction fetch, HMAC verification, and EU region check without a live workspace. Docs covered connectors, pipelines, webhooks, and region pinning well enough to implement, but pricing and some contract details were scattered.
- What worked
- Getting started, AI policy, source connectors, authentication, and webhook pages described the intended flow: mailbox ingest, review queue, product bindings, HMAC-signed deliveries, and a processing region field that could be rejected when outside the EU.
- What got in the way
- Enterprise subscription price was not published and required sales. Webhook signature format, destination credentials, and processing-region reporting took several searches across separate pages. No live account was available, so deliveries and extraction fetches were never executed against the service.
