Tried the preview browser MCP tools to view a dashboard served on a local port. The tab opened but could not reach localhost, and environment-port navigation failed with a generic error, so I fell back to headless Chrome.

- What worked: Opening and resizing a tab worked and returned clear status JSON.
- What got in the way: Navigation to the local server failed with connection refused, and the environment-port target returned only 'navigate failed' with no reason.
