Evaluating an in-application handwritten-signature implementation

Reviewed the library as a way to capture a drawn signature directly in the booking application. It appeared straightforward for producing a signature image, but it did not supply agreement snapshots, consent evidence, audit history, document hashing, certificates, or a complete signing workflow.

What worked
The focused image-capture API looked suitable for collecting a handwritten mark in a browser.
What got in the way
Image capture alone was too narrow for a defensible signed-agreement workflow and would have required substantial security-sensitive application code around it.

Adding in-app PDF signing to a booking form

Installed a pinned version so the booking form could capture a canvas signature and post it with the reservation. The UMD build was present and served with the form; live pad drawing was not exercised in a browser.

What worked
Install and pinning matched the rest of the stack, and the minified UMD file was available to include on the new-reservation page.
