Testing video call component interactions

Installed Svelte Testing Library for call-panel tests. The UI suite passed scenarios for leaving and rejoining, navigation cleanup, permission errors, and failed joins after adding dedicated test configuration.

Supported validation of user-facing component behavior within the automated test workflow.
