Adding native incoming-call integration

Installed and configured the native calling support package used for phone-like incoming-call behavior. The application configuration and bundle checks passed, but actual CallKit or Android Telecom behavior was not tested on a device.

What worked
It supplied the native integration expected by the Stream ringing setup.
What got in the way
Platform credentials and a native device build were still required before behavior could be validated.
