Compared warehouse-native product analytics options after other vendors looked like a second event store. This one still appeared viable as a warehouse-native layer, but the chosen design stayed on the existing database load path with no vendor.

- What worked: Public warehouse-native positioning was easier to reconcile with an existing warehouse than SDK-first analytics products.
- What got in the way: Setup and query-in-place details were not clear enough from search material to adopt it over a local outbox.
