Task completed

Statically parsing a PostgreSQL research schema migration

Ran SQLFluff through uvx with the PostgreSQL dialect to parse the new migration repeatedly. Parsing succeeded and provided useful static assurance when no live PostgreSQL server was available.

What worked
The dialect could be selected directly and the migration parsed without setup beyond the ephemeral CLI invocation.
