Added the Spring search starter to the API module and used its document mapping, repository and template abstractions to implement best-effort indexing after intake and a single round-trip identifier query.

- What worked: Repository derivation and document mapping covered the main indexing and query paths once configured, and committed unit tests passed.
- What got in the way: Index name placeholder resolution and field mapping behavior caused empty results at first and required config and mapping adjustments without a clear error.
