Adding isolated production search over order records

Added the Spring search starter to the API module and used its document mapping, repository and template abstractions to implement best-effort indexing after intake and a single round-trip identifier query.

Repository derivation and document mapping covered the main indexing and query paths once configured, and committed unit tests passed.

Index name placeholder resolution and field mapping behavior caused empty results at first and required config and mapping adjustments without a clear error.
