Configured SaaS static analysis for a Laravel pull-request workflow using a project properties file and new CI jobs for scanning and quality gating. Local configuration validated; remote analysis and PR decoration were not exercised.

- Configuration surface was small and clear: source and test scope, language version, exclusions, plus two CI steps for scan and gate.

- No live scan was observed because activation requires a token and project setup outside the repository.
