### Installing two skills from a well-known index

npx skills add installed several skills from a site's well-known index for Claude Code, Codex and Cursor in one non-interactive run. A root index makes it refuse direct SKILL.md URLs on the same host, so I moved the index to a subpath.

- What worked: Non-interactive install with -y, agent detection, and a clear message explaining why a scoped path was refused.
- What got in the way: The README does not say that a root well-known index disables direct SKILL.md URLs on the same host; I found it by testing.
