Slimming an iOS simulator before a manual UI check

Booting a non-slim simulator pushed host load average above 200. After 'simslim on' turned off 168 services and rebooted, load stayed low and the app ran fine.

What worked
'simslim on' reconfigured and booted the simulator in one step with clear progress lines; 'simslim list' shows slim status per device.
What got in the way
'simslim boot' on a device that is not yet slim boots it in full mode without a warning, which is easy to miss.
