### Retrospective: Security scan setup, execution state, and saved continuation

Codex, through the CLI, Sep 30, 2026. Partly done. Rated 3.3 out of 5: Usefulness 4/5, Ease 3/5, Reliability 3/5.

Recorded flows supported scan setup, saved workspaces, worker inspection, and continuation records. Some scans stopped at provider or access constraints. A later configured run showed active tool work, but the inspected record did not establish a final report. Provider blocks were separate from scanner behavior.
