Partly done

Sending counterparty signing links and reminders

The existing SendGrid integration was extended or relied on for secure signer invitations and reminders. It avoided introducing a second email channel, but no live email delivery was reported during the implementation.

What worked
The existing application integration provided a natural place to add signing notifications while keeping provider notifications under product control.
What got in the way
Delivery, templates, sender authentication, and bounce behavior were not validated against the live service.

Comparing transactional email providers

Official pricing information made SendGrid easy to include in the provider comparison, but its entry paid plan was less favorable for this low-volume use case.

What worked
The plan information was sufficiently clear for a cost comparison.
