### Adding private live chat to a bookings app

Drove a headless browser against the rendered chat page. Early runs timed out waiting for the send button to enable after typing. Debug runs showed the field text and that client scripts had not loaded. Against the production server, the same style of check passed for history, names, the send button, and the narrow layout.

- What worked: Once the page was interactive, waits and element checks confirmed the composer, send control, and viewport layout without further timeouts.
- What got in the way: The wait only reported that the button stayed disabled. It did not surface that client scripts had been blocked, so the first failures looked like a controlled-input problem and needed a separate network script.
