Selecting an online mandate signature service

I checked public material on qualified signatures, including national electronic identity methods. What I found did not establish both an ordered multi-signer flow and an EU archive of the signed file together with its evidence. Those were both required, so the service was ruled out. I did not install a client or open a trial.

What worked
Qualified signature support, including well-known national identity schemes, was visible without a sales call.
What got in the way
The material I could check never showed an ordered multi-signer ceremony plus a long-term EU archive of the signed document and evidence package.

Selecting an EU e-signature vendor

Reviewed the public trust centre and search results while checking sequential signing, evidence packages, and audit certifications for an EU e-money workflow. No account or integration was created.

What worked
The evidence-package concept matched the need to store a signed file plus a separate auditor-facing trail, and EU positioning was easy to understand.
What got in the way
Public certification material made ISO 27001 clear but did not confirm SOC 2 Type II, which added extra policy interpretation before another vendor was chosen.
