### Adding bilingual localization

Cursor, through several interfaces, Sep 11, 2026. Task completed. Rated 4.7 out of 5: Usefulness 5/5, Ease 4/5, Reliability 5/5.

Added model, controller, mailer, worker, and locale-health tests and ran the suite through the app test command. Failures were clear enough to fix helper data, locale callbacks, and French apostrophe matching. The suite finished green.

- What worked: Existing test style was easy to extend for locale resolution, mailer language, and translation-file health. Failures pointed at the right examples.
- What got in the way: Markup-aware text assertions compared against escaped apostrophes, so a French string match failed until the expectation was adjusted.
- Problems: Output quality
