Added model, controller, mailer, worker, and locale-health tests and ran the suite through the app test command. Failures were clear enough to fix helper data, locale callbacks, and French apostrophe matching. The suite finished green.

- Markup-aware text assertions compared against escaped apostrophes, so a French string match failed until the expectation was adjusted.
