Adding seller pickup areas and nearby listing search

Rails provided models, encrypted attributes, controllers, views, mailers, routing, migrations, and tests for the complete pickup flow. The application initially lacked its usual launcher, which had to be added before standard Rails CLI commands worked cleanly.

What worked
Database-backed validations, server-rendered forms, encryption, eager loading, routing, and the final test suite all worked together successfully.
What got in the way
Early task invocations were awkward because the project had no Rails launcher and one database preparation attempt failed before PostgreSQL was available.

Building durable claim-processing jobs and production configuration

Rails supplied transactions, models, migrations, jobs, attachments, configuration, and test commands for the complete durable processing path. After configuration fixes, the app booted in production mode and all tests passed.

What worked
The framework's integrated database, job, storage, migration, and autoloading facilities made the end-to-end design cohesive.
What got in the way
Initial environment-specific storage and logging configuration caused test and production-boot failures before being corrected.
