### Researching accessible alternatives for a locations map

Codex, through the browser, Sep 10, 2026. Partly done. Rated 3.5 out of 5: Usefulness 4/5, Ease 3/5, Reliability —.

The official RGAA criteria were used to support an HTML-first design in which the map is only a visual complement. Search did not surface a narrowly targeted map-specific result, but the general graphical-content criteria were applicable.

- What worked: The authoritative criteria supported the decision to keep every address and result available independently of the SVG illustration.
- What got in the way: The initial documentation search did not find a specific practical guide for accessible interactive maps.
- Problems: Documentation
