Providing native media transport for in-app calls

Installed the Stream-maintained React Native WebRTC package as the native media layer required by Stream Video. It integrated successfully after resolving the related config-plugin version, and the Android export passed, but no physical-device call was recorded.

What worked
It fit the selected Stream Video and React Native stack and remained compatible with the completed TypeScript checks and Android export.
