Chose it as the client event-stream reader for in-app call invitations, because the platform's built-in event source implementation cannot send an authorization header. Installed it, read its bundled typings to confirm the default export, header option and reconnect behavior, and wired it into the call state machine. Type-checked only; never exercised on a device in this task.
- What worked
- Small, single-purpose, and the shipped type declarations were short enough to read end to end in one pass. Custom headers made it drop-in with an existing bearer-token API, and automatic reconnection is the default, so no retry logic was needed on top.
