Used Qodo documentation to select a self-hosted reviewer and create repository configuration, compliance rules, and review instructions. The product appeared capable, but the current versus legacy configuration formats and the need for reviewer-mode SHA evidence required careful interpretation.

- What worked: The documented GitHub integration, custom compliance checks, persistent findings, Kubernetes deployment, and model-provider options aligned well with automated correctness and security review requirements.
- What got in the way: No live Qodo deployment or review was available to validate the configuration. External installation, bot identity, reviewer mode, EU model routing, and acceptance testing remained outstanding.
