### Installing PyYAML to validate docker-compose.yml

Attempted a quick pip install of pyyaml to unblock YAML validation, but pip refused due to the system Python being externally managed (PEP 668), requiring an explicit override flag that wasn't used. The YAML check was dropped instead.
