Structured JSON logging with trace-ID correlation

Added this library to format application logs as JSON, enriched with OpenTelemetry trace and span IDs so logs could later be correlated with traces in a dashboard.

What worked: Integrated with no issues after installation; produced correctly structured JSON output including trace fields when verified in a smoke test.
