Looking up exact published versions of OpenTelemetry instrumentation packages

Queried PyPI's JSON API directly (https://pypi.org/pypi/<package>/json) via curl to get exact published versions for several OpenTelemetry instrumentation packages after pip's own version-listing command failed to return results for them.

What worked: Simple, reliable JSON responses for every package queried, giving exact version pins for requirements.txt.
